The road to success can be difficult, but nobody will go through it instead of you. You are the only one who is responsible for your life. So, don’t look for excuses, but act.
The only person who does not allow you reach success is you. Not the society, not the state or anyone else. Of course, someone might have higher chances at the start (because of being children of rich parents, for instance). But despite anything, everyone can reach their goal. No matter who you are: designer, artist, essay writer, programmer or anyone else. To do that, you need to get rid of thoughts that don’t allow you move forward.
1. “I Need a Higher Education in Order to Reach Success”
No. Those documents are what you need if you dream about the job where you’ll spend 8 hours a day working for someone else. If you want to get your own business, then you are the one who is in charge.
Building a business is possible without having a diploma. Mark Zuckerberg, who quit Harvard University to create the most popular social media (“Facebook”) is worth mentioning here. He was busy with what he loved and knew, and it helped him to earn huge funds. University does not guarantee you to become smarter automatically. Self-education is often much more effective.
2. “I’ve Got No Time”
This is exactly how humans often justify their failures. There doubtfully can be found a person not having even a single minute free in the whole world. Just do what you like to do instead of playing computer games or scrolling down the news.
Your hobby can grow to a successful business. Yes, laziness sometimes wins. But even if you move towards your goal with small steps, you will finally be rewarder for your persistence.
3. “I Am Too Old Already”
Your brain is still functioning. You still have time. While you live, you can get what you want. It is never too late to learn. Even if you are far older than 20, it is not the reason to sit still.
4. “It is too Complicated. I don’t Know What to Start With”
It is always difficult to start. Get the initiative. You will not learn anything new if you don’t start seeking new information. Ask professionals working in the field you need for their help.
The most difficult move in a journey is to leave home. Just start. You’ll smile reminding yourself about your fears later, when you will reach success.
